We came across padron peppers by accident when trying out a produce delivery service. They sounded intriguing. They have a unique factor that they can either be mild or hot which adds to the adventure.
After researching my husband found a recipe for Spanish style blistered padron peppers. I wasn’t too keen on the idea as roasted peppers didn’t sound to appealing on their own; however, he proved me wrong again. He really does find the most amazing recipes!
These were the best peppers ever. It was fun trying them and not knowing whether I would get a hot one or not. I like them so much I found an online store in Texas that sells their seeds. Can’t wait for them to arrive so I can have fun growing them.
