This year on my baking list is learning how to use chocolate. Since we had some cool weather in Florida I decided to order some now instead of waiting until next winter. Little did I know that 11 pounds of chocolate would be cheaper than buying 2 pounds at a time. So now I have the whole year to practice and have some fun
